Wondering if anyone knows why my 08 yfz450 will start up, idle fine, then allow me to drive off like Normal, but after riding for bit and she gets warmed up a bit more it will stall out when coming to a stop with the clutch in. It will stay idling while rolling with the clutch in but when I stop moving completely still with the clutch in then it will stall. It will also only do it sometimes when I stop and not all the time. Not sure if jetting would effect it but jetting seems to be fine because I have no bog on accel and no popping or backfiring on decel so I don't know what it could be. Thanks to anyone who can give some advice.

sounds like you clutch is worn. will it idle in neutral. you also may need to turn up the idle speed. if adjusting the clutch does not help turn the big black knob on the left top of the carb in to raise the idle. if none of those things help it could be the tors is out of adjustment. you have 2 sets of wires going to the carb. one has 2 wires (tors) and one has 3 wires (tps) unplug the plug with 2 wires and on the harness side plug take a yellow female spade connector and jump the 2 terminals. if this fixes it your tors is out of adjustment. ****trail tip keep the connector in you trail tools kit in case it goes out while you are riding

Realized I had the idle down some since I had a worn rear end and it would make a terrible noise when clicking down to 1st at a higher idle. it seems to work fine now that I turned the idle up.
