Did you change the fronts?
I would change your gearing, maybe one tooth smaller in front.

Let us know how the 22's work out for ya

It wont hurt the tranny at all.
Why did you get 22s instead of 20s

what kind of riding do you do

I have 22" all around on mine. I use it for desert, dune and trail riding and have had no prob's. The reason I went up to that size is for ground clearance for desert riding. I did go up 2 tooth on the rear sprocket cause my acceleration was a bit less. Even at stock gearing it was still OK.

i bought blackwater xt's for snow riding just to use for the winter..My old quad had 4 wheel drive and i went up two inches and totally messed up my ratio and blew through a tranny.. So i wasnt sure if it was the same for a two wheel drive quad..
