I rebuilt the carb on a 98 Warrior 350 for a buddy and it's running perfect BUT the air fuel screw is at greater than 4 turns out for the sweet spot. It has an FMF pipe and K&N Filter but I must add the airbox is stock. YES I know I'm not using the K&N to it's full potential unless I open up the airbox to allow more air in but my buddy doesn't want to do that and wants the airbox stock. I'm sure four turns out for the air/fuel screw means it's way too rich so the question is what idle jet size should I try so that I can adjust the air fuel screw to around 2 turns so it doesn't fall out?
