I rebuilt the carb on a 98 Warrior 350 for a buddy and it's running perfect BUT the air fuel screw is at greater than 4 turns out for the sweet spot. It has an FMF pipe and K&N Filter but I must add the airbox is stock. YES I know I'm not using the K&N to it's full potential unless I open up the airbox to allow more air in but my buddy doesn't want to do that and wants the airbox stock. I'm sure four turns out for the air/fuel screw means it's way too rich so the question is what idle jet size should I try so that I can adjust the air fuel screw to around 2 turns so it doesn't fall out?

make sure the spring, tiny steel washer and the oring are in place and that there is not an extra oring in the hole. if that is good your too lean on the pilot. go up one size on the pilot jet
