I'm rebuilding my 2003 blaster and the cylinder needed to be resleeved. When i got it back there were no studs in the cylinder. The only torque specs I can find are defined as the cylinder head.
What should I torque the studs to or is it the same as the head nuts?

Stud torque usually isn't critical. I usually put a little blue loctite on them and snug them down good.
