my question is am i doing timing right. I did what it said in manual moved crank and flywheel to have T line up and checked valve clearance but when you pull start it doesnt stop back on T am i doing something wrong and with right cover of atv when you can see flywheel should woodruff key be visable at all cause i only see space but cant see under flywheel?

when using the pull start I don't thin it would ever stop at the T mark, that is for TDC on the compression stroke which would be the highest compression, if you pull the pull start I would think it would stop at around the lowest compression. Just my thought
