I sunk my raptor and began the process of drying it out. There was water in the oil but top end was fairly dry. I took the spark plug out and cranked it and it was dry. Took the gas tank off and drained it and put new gas in. Sprayed some wd40 in the top end and cranked it some more. It started but didn't run well. The oil was milky so I drained it and started it and drained it so far about 5 times. Now when I start it, it idles as if the throttle is stuck wide open. I have opened the throttle cover on the throttle body and it is clean like new and the throttle is closing properly. I also took off the cover at the thumb throttle and is also like new. I took out the air adjustment screw and everything is clean there as well. Any idea what might be causing the idle to behave this way? Is this possibly an EFI problem? Any help is very much appreciated.
