A friend of mine and myself were talking about this. What if your girlfriend/wife or boyfriend/husband couldn't give you a child? Would you leave or stay?

Surprisingly a lot of people say they would leave. I know if I was truely inlove, I would find another way to have a child.

I would still stay with them, but I WOULD NOT adopt! I couldn't stand the fact of a child who isn't mine in my house or around me. I would be fine without having a child even though I want one eventually
I would adopt or something. I mean, if you are really in love it shouldn't matter. I guess its not true love if not having a baby gets in the way. There is a bright side though, NO CONDOMS NEEDED!

oh I voted stay...FO' SHO.
id stay with them... we could figure something out... adopt or something... i wouldnt leave them just because we couldnt have a child...
The way I see it, babies are made every day. Just when you are least expecting it... :deal: YOU"RE PREGNANT!!! ha ha.
My cousin is in that situation he has low sperm count. The wife is still with him till this day but they look happy. I would stay
I would stay also. Just because we cant have a baby doesn't mean were not in love. If we really wanted one I would get that other stuff done where they take her egg and your sperm and fertilize it without having sex. But even if that wasn't possible I would def. stay.
Definatly stay.

I plan on marrying the girl I am with right now. She has asked me if I would leave her if she couldnt have kids. She cant have kids anyways due to the fact that the child might survive but she most likely will not.

I couldnt adopt either. What about a surrogate(sp?) mother?
If we had no kids at all and Rochelle was unable to have kids, I would still stay with her. That just means no birth control needed!!!
I have some good friends in that same situation. I think the older you get the harder it is on your relationship. If your 20 then it doesn't seem like a big deal but if you are 30 and all your friends have kids then things change. I believe that I would stay but luckily that was not a situation that I was faced with.
stay, i dont care for children anyways
I would stay, but I can easily see how someone would leave if a child was out of the option.
One of those "life" decisions that will affect you for the rest of your life! Fun.
The good news is, I have plenty of baby batter to go around to solve everyones problems. :hey:
