we would need more info to help. there is no magic number for jetting. it is always trial and error. i would need to know the problems you are having with your current jetting and plug color. at 4500 feet i would start a couple sizes smaller on the main and one down on the pilot and see where she is at.

I'm running a 152 at 2800 ft. with 50 pilots. Pretty much the same setup as you.

i should have started with why i think my jetting is off,
i feel like there is no bottom end and when i hit the throttle it bogs out and then quickly hits the rev limit with little to no power band. after installing new plugs and running it for a bit, the plugs show that it is rich and plugs are almost oil fowled. (dark brown and wet)
the carb is a pj67 keihin carb, the research i have done shows it is a 34mm carb.
im looking for a good starting point because with the symptoms i have, i feel like its way off, and i can go from there.

sounds to me like digger has a good place for you to start. judging by his numbers you would be really rich with your numbers. my guess is you will still be rich there but you dont want to melt anything so its better to sneak up on it. my guess is you are rich but if you dont get any improvement dropping down make sure your crank seals are good and you are not sucking trans oil. ( honestly i have never had a banshee motor apart and am assuming they are similar to other 2 strokes i have worked on where bad crank seals will suck oil) digger is the pro for sure on these i am just trying to help and learn for my self

i would suggest ditching pj, because when you twist the choke, it fucks with the air screw and can cause jetting issues.
leak down test it for air leaks.

i did notice when i mess with the choke it does mess things up.
i think i will do the leak down test first off before anything and then move to jetting
Thank you for your help and suggestions!
