I am new to rejetting carbs never done it but I am learning what to do, I have a 2004 raptor 660, I heard that somewhere on this forum there is a picture by picture instructions of how to rejet a raptor, can anyone point me to the thread, I am having trouble finding it.

If you get a dynojet kit and follow the jetting instructions it will be right on.
They make good jet kits, but they use a differnet method of numbering their jets. 150 mikuni jet is not the same as 150dynojet. U have to use the dynojet needles that come with the jet kit.

DJ needles are sooooo much better than yamaha/mikuni/gytr.
much steeper taper.
