My 2002 raptor billet clutch basket and ebc clutch was working fine a few months ago. It has not been rode due to crappy weather for past couple of months. It fired right up last night. The clutch will not engage at all. I had the clutch pulled in and put it in first and in launched forward and died. With the engine off I put the raptor in first and then second gear with the clutch pulled in and the raptor would not roll backwards or forward. Any ideas?

I will try adjusting the cable tonight. Is it better to adjust at the clutch perch or down low by then engine?

Well it turned out that it was from the oil dripping off the clutch plates since it has not ran for a long time. I had to really let that thing warm up good and keep moving the clutch for a good 20 minutes. It is working great now. That is the first time that has every happened on any of the atv's I have every owned.
