I have a 2004 raptor 660 changed oil new spark plug and whole carb rebuild kit.
After a couple rides it was fine. Then in first gear if i want to shit and get i would pop the clutch its got like 6,000 rpm and it slowly moves. But i have a small slit in the intake boot on the carb and i bought a new one. But i think it has nothing to do with it. Then after a while it runs fine with the choke on then when i shut it off it starts doing it again.

It revs on its own or you are revving it and it don't go anywhere?

If its revving up and not going its the clutch. If its revving on its own you have an airleak somewhere between the head and the carbs.

I rev it l,I'm not pulling the clutch in at all mid throttle is in and i move like two mph
