Mine get pretty rattly in the higher RPMs too but it is probably normal...not for shure tho.
noisy lifters
I was reading about the lifters nocking, and mine does the same thing, how ever, it sounds good at an idle, but when I get into higher RPMs they nock bad.... Any one have any ideas???

u mean your valves??? prety sure raptos dont have lifters
i believe what he is talkign about is the noise coming from thr rocker arm tip hitting the valve stem, the noise is emitting due to exessive clearence.

sorry bout the lifter/valve thing :lol: ............ I just got done taking the rocker box off and found the cam and jernials shot......... do you have to line bore that to put a stage 2 hotcam in????
o and by the way, what to hell is a "rapto"???? :lol:

i believe its a drop in fit
do you know what size/brand cam I would have to get to line bore??
