I bought a used warrior from a guy. It would idle but when you press the throttle it would bog down and never increase the revs. Come to find out he have a valve stem in the pilot jet hole... 😳😳😳

Long story short I just ordered a knock of carb. Still the same issue.

It has a FMF mega max 2 with the spark arrester and 10 of the plates.

It also has a kNN filter in the box with the lid still on it.

I am at 3100 feet above see level.

I’m looking to find out the best needle placement and the best Jet sizes both main and pilot. Any help would be amazing.

there is no best set up. jetting is trial and error. start with a 22 150 and the needle in the middle and work from there. you will need to run it and then check the plug.
the pipe, k&n and jetting are not going to get you any performance gains and could be the cause of you bog as long as you have the airbox lid on. your machine is currently limited by the air box and likely causing a really rich mix. what does the plug look like now?
my guess is you have another issue if you changed carb and have the same issue. inspect the intake manifold and do a compression test if removing the lid does not fix your problem
