kawasaki and suzuki have shared products.

the z400 is the same as the artic cat dvx 400, and the kfx 400.

the kawasaki mean streak is the same as suzuki's big bore cruiser.

im sure there is more but i am drawing a blank at the moment.

same bike, different plastics. Is it illegal, no. They agreed on this I'm sure.

Zuki and kawi have had a partnership since 03. Zuki has been supplying Artic cat with snowmobile and atv engines for decades.

You may notice the Kawasaki prairie 700 and the Suzuki Twin Peaks 700 are also the same machine. Also the Arctic cat 650 utility quad uses the kawasaki prairie 650 engine and transmission. This was Kawi's contribution to the atv scene.

I think Kawi is going to start doing its own thing soon. Motors and etc.
They already started with the 4x4s.

Kawi wont be building any of its own sport quads for a long time, and they have always had their own 4wd atvs.

yea the z, kfx, and the dvx are virtually the same quad jus different colors and diff brand names most/all parts r interchangable :tup:
