Blew a piston on my Banshee and of course there was some small metal shards when I started taking apart the top end. My main concern is the pieces that got into the crank. When it comes to splitting the case this is not something that I would want to do myself so I wanted to see if there might be another way to get these pieces out without opening it up? Any ideas help

split the case. get a manual and follow the instructions. the only thing kinda tricky is keeping the trans together and jetting it back in but its not bad. if you dont do it you will regret it and unless you did something specific to blow a piston and as old as those machines are getting it is time for an inspection of the crank bearing anyway
