Bike Bogging/Stuttering 3/4 - Full Throttle [SOLVED]

Ok so i have a 2004 Raptor 660 with 102mm bore, +4 stroker crank, Yoshimura Exhaust, K&N filter (air box stock).

Jets #25 Pilot 180/185 Main jets.

It starts and Idles PERFECT. Couldn't ask for any better however,

I had a friend jet it for me at first and when i took it out it would run perfect from idle to 1/2 - 3/4 throttle, then it will bog out.

I took apart the carbs (because it was flooding, which a simple cleaning fixed) and i noticed he installed the jets wrong 185/180 (instead of 180/185).

So i switched them. Now it will Bog out AND stutter.

What can i do? Whats going on?

Edit: **PROBLEM SOLVED**

I removed the snorkel and airbox lid, and that's it. Rides like a champ!

Could it be air related? I have the snorkel still attached.

I tried removing the air box lid. And at idle when I would blip the throttle it would bog. I have a #25 pilot and read to remove the lid you need minimum #27.5.

I'm at sea level

If you have a stock airbox you will need an adapter as the lid holds the filter in.
