If you have a spare relay laying around, you could switch them out one at a time and test it. the other relay is a neutral relay. and that way you could tell if either are bad. just make sure the spare is good.

I'm having similar problem the relay assembley next to the solenoid is buzzing i can feel it when i touch it. I see there is another right next to it. is it possible to swap these then? im also wondering if over tightening the the bolt behind the plastic cover. could cause binding maybe? i had to replace the pickup coil.

jumping the solenoid should've bypassed all that crap

ok, so. i got a new solenoid for 10 bucks. and after about 2 minutes to put it in, it started right up with the push button, so, i don't know if jumping it wouldn't have or would have worked if the solenoid was bad, all i care is that it works now xD thanks guys!!

If you swap the 2 relays when one is bad, itll still do the same thing.
