I bought a 2006 Yamaha blaster that was not running. I tore it down and found the rod was seized to the crank. It was bored 68mm and have a pro circuit exhaust put on. Was jetted 260 and I'm going back to stock bore with the pro circuit exhaust. What jet should I use?

i would start with what you have as long as the pipe was on it before. changing the bore only changes the volume of the air/fuel mixture not the mixture itself so you should be real close. if anything you might be a little lean just keep an eye on your plug. it is counter intuitive when you are jetting a big bore you will normally say exactly the same or maybe down a jet. if the bore is significantly larger that stock it will create more vacuum and pull more fuel through a smaller jet causing you to have to go smaller but like said i would run it first
