if you take that clutch actuator rod out you could have it welded but it is a machined surface and will always leak. the pressure from the clutch will cause it to rebreak. a really good machinist could weld it and remachine it but it would cost more than the new case. bottom line you have a 500 dollar parts bike. the only way to fix that is buy some used case halves (you need a pair) and swap you old bottom end into them and put a new top end in it while you have it apart.
