Greetings all,
New to me 2005 wolverine.Runs great but when cold it needs 1/2 choke for quite a while until it will run correctly. Can i simply increase the low speed jet size? And if so what should i get.Ive had the carb apart and cleaned well.It looks like its been an ongoing issue since new,the choke plunger has alot of wear from being used so often but its not leaking.I replaced the inlet manifold and airbox connector with new oem parts as well as new clamps, had a difficult time getting the carb to stay put in the inlet manifold,it angles upward yet the air box inlet is straight.Had to remove the torque limiting spacer on the carb clamp to get enough holding power to keep it firmly in place. Thanks for any help,it seems that the carb is the only real issue with the machine,i checked the valve clearance was spot on.Thanks

Yes grab a couple different sizes larger low speed (pilot) jets and experiment with them. Bigger jet is more fuel so you wont hurt anything but maybe a spark plug.
