Hi New to this forum. I have a 2000 Warrior, the one way bearing went out. Just got the new one put it on, put everything back together went for a start starter spins but the engine will not turn over. Took it apart again everything looks good tried again with the stator off just to see it spin only thing it doese is spin the starter gear clockwise will not engage to turn the engine over. Any body have this happien to yours? Thanks for you Help

did you check the key way on the fly wheel if that is sheared the fly hweel will spin but it wont turn the bike over

Keyway is good.
Start gear only thing turning the flywheel will not spin

be careful cranking with stator cover off it supports one end of the shaft on the intermediate gear.

starter is spinning -is the intermediate gear spinning? is the gear on the oneway spinning? If all are spinning, but the flywheel is not, the oneway clutch may be in upsidedown.

SO I HAVE A 2000 YAMAHA YFM350 WARRIOR. BEEN SITTING AWHILE, BUT I PULLED IT OUT TO START IT UP AND SEE HOW SHE RAN TO NO AVAIL. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO START. THE ENGINE CRANKS BUT WONT START.
