    So I needed to change the throttle cable to my 98 Blaster, and the new twist throttle comes with a cap and wants you to bypass the TORS unit. (The adjuster at the end of the cable is too small to fit in the TORS unit so I have to go straight into the carburetor.) Do I have to buy a TORS...
