2006 Raptor 700 issues

I'm new here and was wondering if someone could help me out.
So here is my issue:
My 2006 Raptor has a aftermarket toggle switch to turn the fan on/off. Last week after I came back from riding I washed the quad and parked it in my garage but forgot to turn off the fan and this week when I tried to start it battery was dead.
I used a jump box to get it started and see if it would chrge the battery but it was back firing and had no torque.
So I went and bought a new battery and it fired up right away. Now my issue is that when im riding and try to press the throttle all the way for full speed on 2nd and 3rd gear or higher it will not go full throttle it bogs out but still runs and idle just fine.
Any help will be appreciated I'm trying to figure this out so I can go back to track and ride.

Could be moisture in an electrical connection since you just washed it. You can take each plug apart and blow out with compressed air, and or use some type of moisture barrier in the connecctor(WD40 works if its all you can get).
