Battery is not charging

Hey everyone, I am new to these forums but I am not new to fixing things. I recently bought a Yamaha warrior I believe it is a 2000, bike is very clean runs/rides excellent 👍. Seems to be babied most of its life. So here's what's going on, after going for a few rides my battery was dead when I went to start it. Didn't think much about it, cleaned battery connections and replaced battery with a new one, started right up. Went on a few more rides and battery leaves me stranded in the woods. So after reading other forums I decide to investigate I found both battery terminal wires with broken insulation replaced them and made sure all wires are good with no shorts and all grounds are correct. Battery voltage is 12.2 while running, seems low to me. I followed the stator wires I forget what the readings were but they were in spec, besides the three white wires which I believe are for battery charging? There was no ohm reading when probing any of the white wires. I'm not sure where to go from here any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏
