DMI Racing Aluminum Wheel Spacers

Want a wider stance for your ATV, but don't want to shell out all that cash for an extended axle or a-arms? Or maybe you like the ability to switch back to the normal width in a matter of minutes? Well, wheel spacers are probably the best option for you.
When Randy from DMI Racing contacted us and asked if we were interested in trying out their new all aluminum rear wheel spacers, we were very interested, and of course said "sure!" The wheel spacers were packaged nicely when we received them, and after we opened the box we immediately liked the look of the wheel spacers. The machining quality is excellent, and we were surprised at how lightweight they actually are. They are made from 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum, are 1.8" thick each, and also have eight separate "lightening holes" drilled through them to help reduce weight. The kit also comes with eight (four per side) super-strong 8.8 metric bolts for mounting. Your stock lug nuts are used with the new studs.
The wheel spacers we received will work on a Raptor, Banshee, or Warrior. We will be installing them on a Banshee with the stock axle and hubs. After removing the stock studs from the hubs (required), installation was fast and easy, as expected. It takes a little more effort when tightening the lug nuts after the wheel is placed on since you will most likely need to also hold the studs from behind the hub to stop them from spinning, but it's no big deal. When the Banshee was set back down on the ground, we loved the wider look right away. Taking a ride with the new spacers installed assured a more stable, better-handling machine overall.
We were very pleased with these new wheel spacers. The craftsmanship is top-notch, they are strong yet lightweight, are easy to install, and are priced well. Our test units cost $106 per pair from DMI Racing, and you can even get them in a prettier polished finish for an extra $5 per spacer. They also sell front wheel spacers, and can custom-make spacers for your specific needs or machine. Stop by their website or give them a call at (602)568-2194 and let them know what you need. We recommend them!
