Overflow tubes leaking gas

My girlfriend's banshee recently started leaking gas out of both carbs. It is a '98 and the carb's have never been rebuilt. I put toomey's on it a month ago, awesome pipes by the way, now the carbs both slowly drip fuel from the overflows. I did put in new needle, different mains, etc. so I had the carbs apart, however, everything went back together fine and it runs great.

The overflow screws are tight, and I'm debating between sticking floats and worn needle valves/seats. If I tap on the side of the carbs, the leaking usually stops, but will start again in 1/2 hour or so. I checked the needle valve assy and the conical rubber piece looked fine, but maybe I'm overlooking something else.

Please help and thanks.
