Fuel/Oil mix question

So last weekend I bought my daughter her first quad, its a 2003 Blaster that is bone stock with the exception that some one pulled the oil tank and did a block off kit. What is the proper mix for fuel to oil and should I use 91 or can I get away with 87.

32:1 is the most common, you can vary it a little for more power but i always used 32:1

what octane should I use? 87 or 91?
Is it better to mix like a gallon or two at a time or is it OK to mix like 5 gallons for like an entire weekend

it depends on the compression ratio, im not positive with what it is on a blaster but i believe its 6.6:1. my warrior is running over 11:1 and i cant use anything under 91 or it runs horrible bt if im right on the ratio, use mid grade or 87
