That happened to me too. No matter how many times I'd fill it up, it would just go back down. So I waited about 10 minutes and it filled up a little more. I finally gave up trying and when I got home from school the next day, it was almost at the top of the window. So I tried taking it off and stripped the threads on the casing so I had to buy an oversized bolt.

What I do now is just put 2 cups and a bit under 3/4 cup of oil in mine. It seemed to work fine. I just dont even worry about the little window anymore.

650ml!!

The oil takes time to settle down into all the cracks and crevices, thats why they tell you how much to pour in so you don't overfill it

650cc3 is pronounced "six hundred and fifty CUBIC CENTIMETERS"
cubic centimeters is just a measurment of volume.

and thats all your ratio-rite cup measures is volume
