If you are going to get a cam the stage 3 is not bad but if you want the most out of the cam this would be my list.

and with any of this you must get a PC 5.
This is all top end work can be done if you have some maintenance skills except sending out the head for P and P.
Up to you and how much you want to spend but from experance just do it all now.
