Hi first question does anyone now the trorque specs on the nuts that secure the header pipe to the motor. I have a Raptor 660 with a CT Sonic pipe. Second question with the Pro design intake operating with no lid what do you do with the hose that use to secue to the top lid, it makes a wierd sound. Thanks
I tried to download the Raptor manual but it did'nt work.
The hose you are refering to is the crank case breather hose. Most guys just get a small inline filter and attach it to the end becuase it both pulls and flows air in and out of the crankcase. You just dont want it to suck crap into the motor. You can find one at almost any auto parts store for a few bucks.
The header bolts I will look up and see what they call for for torque. I have always just snugged them real tight but I will look anyway.
lol some people dont know. i have learned to not assume anything, specially in the air force.
