Does the crankcase breather tube that goes into the snorkel have a filter in stock form? I was looking at it and didn't see one, so I was wondering why everyone suggests getting a filter for the breather when it doesn't have one from the factory. Thanks in advance.
There is no filter on the breather in the stock setup, but the intake is located inside the snorkle so that drastically cut down on the amount of dirt that could get in the breather. Everyone that I have talked to, including me, choose to put one on, just in case. K&N makse one that fits 62-1100, but most auto parts stores sell a cheap one what will work also, like Skyllz mentoned.
