What exactly do I inspect when checking a spark plug? Is it just the parts where the spark jumps between?
Thanks

ok i think you are talking about to see if you are lean or rich because you just jetted your raptor right well get a new plug go out for a ride for like 5 minutes and then find a place you can go wide open for a little bit pull clutch hit the kill switch all at once come to a stop pull your plug take a look that the metal that looks like a J on the top of the plug now look at the heat marks on that if it end buy the threds you are lean if it only gose about 1/4 of the metal your good go back out for about a hour and then take a look at it if it is black your to rich if its white your lean you want a nice brown color

hope this helps

I don't think the upper threaded part would be affected by anything. If I understand that right, that part should be screwed in the head and not affected by anything in the cylinder. But I might be way off.
