Any year Warrior in stock trim does about 56mph @ 8460 rpm and in 6th gear. Now thats no mods, stock gearing, stock tires, on flat ground.

Now there are instances where it can rev higher in 6th. For instance, if it could rev out to about 9000rpm, it can do at least 63mph.

My quad stock with an twin-air airfilter did 63 mph on flat ground (street) tested with a GPS and then with a radar gun.

2003 Banshee - Too much to list.

a blaster does about 55-60 at the most. so a warrior would be at 63-65mph

plan to get a banshee or raptor.

Well, I think the Blaster probably does more around 50 - 55 and the Warrior is around 55 - 60. I'm guessing under most circumstances it is under 60mph though.

LMAO!

Hey I gotta question here that is related to some posts in this thread but still kinda general - this way Spec can volley it over to another forum!

GPS - checking speed....... WOW!! you can do that? I thought that GPS's were just for marking trails? Can you drive all over the countryside & then get the speed between 2 points on the route or does it only give the avg speed of the whole trip? What else are they good for?

My GPS (and I'm sure with many others) will calculate your current speed. I checked the accuracy of mine in the truck once and compared it to the speedo and it was pretty darn close. It does exhibit some lag when you really accelerate, but slow accellerations and constant speeds are pretty accurate.

gps will be off if you go up and down hills. we took ours thru colorado, when going down the steep stuff the car can be going say 60mph down the mtn. and from straight overhead it only apears to be moving at say 45mph. it only accounts for your linear speed not your vertical speed. otherwise its pretty close.

If it is still stock, then it probably just felt like 65+ in 5th. Quads feel like your going alot faster than you really are (compared to cars).
