Default Electrical reverse cable??

A while ago every time i would engage reverse my warrior would die. I found the cable that is broke(i think its around the clutch cable and parking brake lever) it sounds dumb but does anyone know the correct name for that cable Ive been looking everywhere for about a month and cant find anything remotely close. As of now Ive bypassed it with a momentary switch(which is a huuuge pain in the butt) and any help is greatly appreciated!

Where was the wire broken? There is a ground on the under side of the shifter, you should be able to splice that back together..

Are you talking about the parking brake wires?? The wires that come up from the hood and connect to the clutch perch? If so you can just bypass them by unplugging the molded connector and pluggin the two bullet connectors together under the hood.

Its really the connector that is broken(cracked from the base) im guessing that its the problem because i half ways tracked it through the wiring harness to the reverse shifter. The cable is cracked from the base and actually being pulled out about an 1/8 of an inch. I have no idea if thats the real problem or not, its just what i guessed.

That is wither the clutch switch or the parking brake switch. I am guessing since you are using a momentary switch it is the clutch switch. I believe that is the molded connector, just leave it unplugged and you will be fine. It will start in gear though is the only downside. Many of us have taken that factory clutch perch and tossed it in exchange for a nice bearing clutch lever that doesn't have all the crap on it. doing so makes a much cleaner look and an easier clutch pull. To do that follow the instructions in my last post.
