Default Warrior Weak/No Spark

Alright so I had just rebuilt my carb, tuned it up, had my warrior starting first crank even in below zero weather, and running out nice and smooth. Went riding out on the frozen lake, parked it in the heated shop over night, came back out and....NO SPARK...test plug to head and got no spark except for one very weak spark every 20 turns or so. First I figured my aftermarket CDI went to crap so I grabbed my stock one and threw it on...still no spark.....so i took the coil off and cleaned all the grounds, redid the cap on the plug wire and tried again...no spark...then i took a testing light and tried to test the orange power wire to the coil for power...no power from the orange wire when grounded to black wire or grounded directly to frame....SO what do you guys think? I think it is highly unlikely that my stock cdi is shot since it worked wonderful when i took it off to replace with aftermarket.

-Quad does crank
-Parking brake switch deleted
-Kill switch is stuck in run position, but is NOT hotwired over
-All wires running back to cdi are still wrapped in tubbing and have no melts
-Stator wires have all been looked over and seem to be alright
-have attempted new battery and jumps...no go
-have attempted new plug...no go

What would cause the lack of power to the coil if no CDI?

test your stator with a multimeter. the values are in the PDF manual at the top of this section.

Alright, I will check it out next weekend when I go home from school, if it is a stator does anyone know where to get one on the cheap? Ive noticed they are usually pretty pricey.

More importantly than price, do they after market stators hold up better than OEM? Opinions on new vs used? Used one looks to run about 100 after shipping on ebay and new ones run about 115 shipped, but the aftermarket one looks to have sketchy covering over the wires...less waterproof?

I'd get a rmstator they run about 150 and have a 1yr warranty. I run one and it works great. An oem one from the dealer runs about 650
