First off... my recommendation is to do research before throwing money at parts. Plenty of information here, and even more at
YFM350.COM - Home (you'll have to register there though).
Next your cheapest thing will be to open the bike up and let it breathe, such as putting on a new exhaust, and opening up the airbox. You will also have to Jet the carb for this. Dont bother with a jet kit, just learn how to read your plug and tune accordingly.
hot cam... dont bother. honestly I would not recommend a cam unless you are going to do more motor work, but web cams are better than hot cams.
Gearing, honestly you cant have the best of both worlds. If you want to have a higher top speed, you will need to run taller sprockets. This slows down acceleration. You can compensate this by doing motor work to build more power. If you want acceleration, you can run shorter sprockets, but this will limit your top end speed.
Clutch kits... once again they wont give you any extra power. And honestly the oem clutch is some of the best stuff available out there. There is an upgrade you can do where you put an extra steel plate in the clutch pack (need to search for this), which I would recommend doing if your clutch is not burnt out.
Cdi box... save your money. Once again it should yield more power, but honestly its seat of the pants. Put the money elsewhere.
In the end, my recommendation would be to do research. Its one thing to go at a machine and just toss money at it. But there are certain aspects that are worth improving, and others that are just a ripoff. Spend some time here and on the other forum reading and re-reading, and learning about the bike. You'll be glad you did in the long run.
