Default bearing carrior removal

2002 warrior trying to remove the carrier bearing and axle i broke the first nut loose but i heard somewhere they are cross threaded, i turned the first nut left, is the inner nut the same i know it may be a stupid question but i have never changed it before and just want to reassure myself thanks for any help in advance.

Put ab big wrench on the nut, then put your bike in reverse, WITH the wrench still on the nut and off the ground. Then Start your bike and back up to make the wrench go into the ground breaking the nut loose. If you do it this way Pop your clutch, This works kinda like an impact.

Yes they turn the same direction.
