new to this forum and i would like to ask advise from the pros, i would like to change my upper and lower ball joints on my warrior with out buying a new a arm, do i press them out? witch ones do i get to replace them? any help would be great thanks !
i was thinking that if i could get them out of the a arm and find a replacement ball joint, i could save a little money, i have a shop with all tools needed to cut, press or weld them in or out
thanks
when i was putting my 94 back together, i considered finding 87 arms that way i could replace the ball joints when needed... but as i recall they are different where they attach to the frame? maybe all they take is different bushings? can some one confirm or deny this.....
im thinking the a-arm mod may be to just retrofit the newer chassis with older a-arms that way the ball joints can be replaced.... sounds crazy but makes sense
