Default Skid plate

I would like to get a good, kinda light skid for my warrior without spending the money for a dg. is a maier plastic good enough I mainly trail ride but from time to time do some log hopping and sand drag with my freinds or do I really need a skid? I already replace the swing arm skid with a white bros

check ebay. Theres a guy on there that sells a heavy plastic one and will replace it if you put a hole in it. They usually go around $40-45.

Get a Ricochet guard from rockymountainatv.com. They are cheap and just as good as dg.

I need a skid that has the sides turned up, this will help keep flying stuff from hitting the sides of my frame

I made one out of 1/8" think alum plate. It isn't the prettiest thing but I had nearly ripped of the stock one. I think it is one of the best things you can add if you do alot of trail riding. It is well worth the money, if you shop around you can find some reasonable prices.
