timing issues 96 warrior

sad timing issues 96 warrior

I got a warrior in on a trade for me surveying someones property (im a land surveyor) I got a blaster too both have issues but I already posted that in the blaster section but the warrior he had put a new piston in it and bored it my issues it doesnt run and first I want to check to make sure its timed right I have the cam cover off and the black screw on the bottom end where is the line on the cam sprocket supposed to point to when it is tdc?

This is how it should look, there is a little knub on the head and there is a "T" in the crankcase cover that shows TDC just make sure its the compression stroke of it.
