Did you check the Throtle stop screw on the throtle? (controls the RPM)......How long has it been like that?, did you buy it new or used?.........is it Smokeing?,what you Compression like High or Low?, did you Clean the carb?.......Got to know the symptom's and what you tried to do to fix it to help!
The Clutch was a go idea........it may be in the ajustment?

"If your thinking on takeing that hill i beat ya!"..........

cc, is the engine reving and the machine not matching engine speed or the engine lacking power to move the machine? Is this a manual trans unit with a footshift or an auto unit with a belt?

There are 2 clutches on a foot shifter, the primary and the main. The primary allows you to idle in gear it is a centrifugal clutch. The main clutch is just like any other atv it is a clutch pack..

Which one did you replace?

Good question, and did you adjust the shifter clutch? When did this problem start? What does your oil smell/look like? How many gears do you have when you shift through them? You should have 5. There's a external adjuster nut/stud for the shifter clutch, you should have at least 1/2 turn of freeplay on the stud before it seats on the clutch linkage.
