02 big bear carb adjustments

A brief description of the problem, will not idle right. Sometimes races, sometimes just cuts out. I tore the whole carb down and it was all gunked up. Cleaned it in carb cleaner for days. Replaced all o-rings and reassembled. I need to know what the factory base setting for the air screw is. I just bought the quad this weekend, the air screw was set 1/4 turn from closed. It is an 02 big bear 400 2wd
