Hey Digger,My friend and replaced a wiring harness on a 87 warrior 350cc. after several hrs and testing we r getting 2 lights while in neutral, reverse light and the green light. friend has another warrior... he's also an accomplished mech. He asked me to search online for a wiring schematic for the 87 warrior 350cc.Hence,I found you guys.He mentioned something about the magneto having 2 strips on the flywheel. When we took the case apart- there was only one.....BTW,when we tried to pull start, w/ compres release activated.a pretty strong Backick. He also said that that Magneto strips could be in the wrong spot>>>>>I would humbly appreciate, any advice or direction. We need the schematic....Dont want to pay for the download.....Just wanna get the Quad ROLLIN' ;-)...He has all the meters and is good at the troubling sorting end.Thanx in advance,Cal

i tried this but the problem is jus getting worse it just doesn seem like it wants to move. i rebuilt the bottom end and something feels like its sticking sometimes it will go and sometimes it wont move at all

I have heard of a binding in the bearings on the output shaft of the transmission. jack the back of the quad up with the engine in neutral and make sure you can easily spin the rear wheels.

i cleaned out my carb and when it idles it sounds perfect. when i put it into gear it wont go. do you think the gear ratio in the bottom end could be mixed up?

ok i disconnected the parking brake it seemed to help out a little but when i try to open it up it boggs out on me and back fires. it feels like i have no power.
